Having started in the recruitment industry almost 20 years ago, Sarah has extensive experience of supporting clients and candidates at Senior and Executive levels.Her understanding of the market, coupled with her CIPD and REC accreditations, provide a unique insight not only into recruiting, but employee engagement, succession planning and all HR related matters within the recruitment sphere.Sarah is passionate about her clients and candidates and always holds herself to the highest possible standards, seeing her role as an extension of every company she works with, and providing a seamless experience from vacancy take on through to candidate placement and beyond.Outside of work, Sarah enjoys learning new things and strives to continue to improve her own professional development. Having completed 3 NVQ&rsquo;s and her CIPD in recent years and whilst working full time, she is currently learning to speak Spanish and hoping to undertake her Level 7 CIPD in the not too distant future.When she&rsquo;s not learning, Sarah has 2 dogs keeping her on her toes, with Brenda and Loki often referred to by friends as the terrorists. She started her career at VES in July 2022, having joined the industry 8 months prior to this.Jemma has a professional background working in the public sector with Children and Families. The analytical skills that she has gained from this including observing, evidencing, and planning, enable her to successfully take on Job briefs, analyse the job descriptions and candidates&rsquo; backgrounds in order to find the most suitable candidates in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.As well as being a great listener and having the ability to communicate with all professionals, Jemma builds lasting relationships with Candidates and Clients, by holding herself personally accountable and following up on every course of action.Jemma is focused on the future, to become an expert in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector whilst becoming personally accredited in Recruitment, demonstrating her commitment to always work to the highest possible standards.Outside of work, Jemma is passionate about her family and her local community. Jemma is a School Governor continuing her passion for Education and Safeguarding Children. Jemma&rsquo;s family are heavily involved in local sports teams, where she is on the committee for her husbands&rsquo; and sons&rsquo; Cricket Club as well as being the biggest &lsquo;Cheerleader&rsquo; for her sons&rsquo; grassroots Football Team and daughters&rsquo; Dance and Cheer Club.

Over the years, Venatu has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to nine locations across the UK with a talented team of over 100 members. It has evolved into a thriving enterprise with multiple divisions, each offering a specialised recruitment service. What sets us apart is our team of specialists, drawn directly from the industries they serve. With over 6 years of experience in marketing across multiple sectors, I am a CIM ACIM member and a social media marketing expert who leads the marketing strategy at Venatu Executive Search, a rapidly growing and widely recognised executive search consultancy based in the UK, but operating globally.I work alongside the senior management team to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and position us as specialists within the Logistics &amp; Supply Chain markets, using a range of digital and traditional marketing techniques. I also liaise with the sales team to maximise their opportunities across social media and design a range of brochures and training manuals for internal and external use. My mission is to deliver recruitment marketing excellence and help our clients find the right people for their jobs.
