As the Managing Director of Venatu Executive search and Venatu Recruitment Group, I bring over 20 years of invaluable experience in the field of recruitment, spanning diverse industries such as manufacturing, distribution, automotive, and more. My career has been dedicated to understanding the nuances of each sector and facilitating the perfect match between exceptional talent and esteemed organisations.
In 2016, I took a bold step and founded my own recruitment company, Venatu Recruitment Group. Over the years, Venatu has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to nine locations across the UK with a talented team of over 100 members. It has evolved into a thriving enterprise with multiple divisions, each offering a specialised recruitment service. What sets us apart is our team of specialists, drawn directly from the industries they serve. This unique approach allows us to conduct an informed and high-quality recruitment process, ensuring that the right individuals are placed in roles where they can truly excel.
In 2022 we decided to open an executive search business, and Venatu Executive Search was born!
The company has quickly gained a reputation for supplying high calibre candidates on a global basis, to market leaders across the logistics and supply chain industry. With a number of exclusive contracts signed the future is looking very bright!
