Jemma Copestake

Jemma is an Executive Search Partner at Venatu Executive Search. She started her career at VES in July 2022, having joined the industry 8 months prior to this.

Jemma has a professional background working in the public sector with Children and Families. The analytical skills that she has gained from this including observing, evidencing, and planning, enable her to successfully take on Job briefs, analyse the job descriptions and candidates’ backgrounds in order to find the most suitable candidates in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.

As well as being a great listener and having the ability to communicate with all professionals, Jemma builds lasting relationships with Candidates and Clients, by holding herself personally accountable and following up on every course of action.

Jemma is focused on the future, to become an expert in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector whilst becoming personally accredited in Recruitment, demonstrating her commitment to always work to the highest possible standards.

Outside of work, Jemma is passionate about her family and her local community. Jemma is a School Governor continuing her passion for Education and Safeguarding Children. Jemma’s family are heavily involved in local sports teams, where she is on the committee for her husbands’ and sons’ Cricket Club as well as being the biggest ‘Cheerleader’ for her sons’ grassroots Football Team and daughters’ Dance and Cheer Club.
